It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Jaime H. Mendez. Jaime passed away on Monday, January 15th, 2018 at Mercy Medical Center in Long Island, NY where he was receiving treatment.
Es con gran tristeza que anunciamos el sensible fallecimiento del Sr. Jaime H. Mendez. Jaime falleció el Lunes 15 de Enero del año 2018 en Mercy Medical Center de Long Island, New York donde recibía tratamiento.
Jaime was a loving father and husband leaving his native home of Ecuador as a young man to seek a better life in the U.S. In doing so, he met his wife, Trinidad and dedicated his life to providing the best for his children (Flor, Mercedes and Chris). All who knew him, would have described his character as very loyal and caring. He was a hardworking man, always willing to go the extra mile for the people in his life.
Jaime fue en esposo y padre muy querido. Cuando joven, Jaime dejó su natal Ecuador para buscar una mejor vida en los Estados Unidos. Luego conoció su esposa Trinidad, y dedicó su vida a proveer lo mejor para Trinidad y sus hijos: Flor, Mercedes, y Chris. Todos los que lo conocían sabían que era un hombre muy leal, cariñoso y trabajador; siempre dispuesto a dar lo mejor para sus seres queridos.
In his passing, we kindly ask for your help in providing Jaime’s family the type of support and assistance he spent his life giving to others. We are looking for donations to assist the family with the cost of funeral arrangements. It has been a difficult journey for his wife and children to manage the financial requirements necessary for Jaime’s treatment while also coping with the emotional toll of his hospitalization. All proceeds will go to covering the cost of the funeral with any additional funds going to fees related to his medical care.
Amablemente les pedimos que asistan a la familia de Jaime con el tipo de apoyo y ayuda que el pasó su vida invirtiendo en otros. Han sido tiempos difíciles para su esposa e hijos y agradeceremos donaciones para costear los gastos del funeral y de las cuentas médicas.
