Easter Sunday, my sister, Kortnie L. Stone, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly, at the young age of 29.
Kortnie was a beautiful person inside and out! She was creative, smart, funny, and one of the most genuine people you’d ever meet! Anyone who was lucky enough to know my sister couldn’t tell you otherwise. She touched so many peoples lives and was beloved by anyone who knew her.
...Asking for help is never easy and is especially difficult when trying to cope with the loss of a loved one. Unfortunately, I am stuck in a position I never thought I’d be in. My family and I had to say goodbye much sooner than we thought and we weren’t prepared. Along with all the emotion pain and stress that a death brings, it also brings financial strain. I am trying to raise money, to pay the costs required upfront, for my sisters funeral/burial. Without this my sister will not get the service she deserves or be able to be buried. So, I graciously ask for your help during this difficult time. It would mean the world to my family and I.
