On September 18th Serena Rabago was pronounced dead at 1:37 pm. She was 21yrs old and survived by her parents Veronica and Eddie Camacho and by her older sister Raven Rabago and little sister Edie Camacho. She was a special needs child that was vibrant and full of love for her family.
