Justis and Xaviar have had a tough life from the day they were born. In and out of CPS custody and shipped through multiple homes.
Unfortunately Sunday Justis was found not breathing and his “guardian” was arrested. Though there hasn’t been a cause of death released yet there was allegations of abuse. When CPS would come, they’d pick up and move, since we don’t have a national database for CPS cases they were able to slip under the radar. Justis’s Twin brother is currently in CPS custody in Minnesota. We are trying to raise funds to get Xaviar home and to have Justis’s body sent back to Washington as well as Funeral Services.
