Funeral for Donna McCray

Hello, my name is Alex McCray. I am a senior at South Oldham High School. My mother, Donna McCray, 59, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, September 30th. The family was not expecting this at all. She was a fantastic woman, who loved everyone and was loved by everyone. She lit up a room with her bright loving smile, and will be deeply missed. She was also a person who struggled physically, emotionally and financially. The family was not prepared for her passing. We are not taking it well at all. In order to have a proper funeral-with a few modifications to bring the price down-we got our grand total down to $7,640 even. We cannot make payments. We also cannot wait too long. Due to many other familys’ not willing to make their payments properly, we have no choice but to pay the total up front, which we do not have. I have never made a GoFundMe page, and I, along with the rest of my family, would be deeply honored and grateful if we got some friendly donations. No amount is too big nor too small. Thank you all.
