Burial Expenses & Justice - Quan

 On March 1, Quan died while in police custody and we want answers and justice. Quan was my nephew. His family is mourning his tragic death. Quan was a loving, gentle and kind individual. He loved his family. His smile was contagious. We sincerely appreciate anything that you can give.  Unfortunately, Quan did not have life insurance  so the family and and friends are   raising money for his funeral and burial costs.  Please continue to keep the family in your prayers.
