É com muito pesar que informamos o falecimento de Matheus dos Santos, ocorrido na madrugada desta quinta-feira dia 10 de Outubro de 2019.
Matheus foi um filho, irmão, tio e amigo, querido e amado por muitos.
Matheus, um rapaz sonhador que acreditava e lutava por uma vida melhor, foi o fundador do “Upstairs” da igreja CANY-MV um grupo de jovens que se reúne com o propósito de buscar a presença de Deus, ali ele passou alguns dos melhores momentos de sua vida.
Matheus travou uma árdua batalha, e teve sua vida ceifada pelo vício.
Nosso coração está sangrando, mais que a tragetoria do Matheus não tenha sido em vão, que ela possa estar ensinando aos jovens que as “drogas” não são a saída, que possamos buscar mais de Deus e entender que um “ato” momentâneo pode custar a vida e a eternidade. Jovens não se envergonhem em pedir ajuda, não se preocupem com as opiniões alheias.
Diante da dor e do sofrimento que a nossa família esta passando, gostaríamos de contar com o carinho e a ajuda da comunidade para que possamos arcar com as despesas funerárias.
Desde já agradecemos pela ajuda e pelas orações de todos.

A Família do Matheus informa que o velório será realizado no sábado dia 12 de Outubro na Riverside memorial Chapel. O velório terá início às 11 e terminará as 2. Haverá um culto começando a 1 da tarde. Endereço: 21 West Broad st Mount Vernon NY
It is with great regret that we report the death of Matheus dos Santos, which occurred at dawn on Thursday, October 10, 2019.
Matheus was a son, brother, uncle and friend, dear and loved by many.
Matheus , a dreamer who believed in and fought for a better life, was the founder of Upstairs, from the church CANY-MV a group of young people who come together to seek God's presence, where he spent some of the best times of his life.
Matheus fought an arduous battle, and had his life cut off by vice.
Our heart is bleeding, even though Matheus’ tragedy has not been in vain, that it may be teaching young people that "drugs" are not the way out, that we can seek more from God and understand that a momentary "high" can cost life and eternity. Don't be shy about asking for help, don't worry about other people's opinions.
Given the pain and suffering that our family is going through, we would like to count on the affection and help of the community so that we can afford the funeral expenses.

The Matheus dos Santos Family informs that the wake will be held on Saturday October 12 at the Riverside memorial Chapel. The wake will start at 11 and end at 2. There will be a service starting at 1 pm. Address: 21 West Broad st Mount Vernon NY
