Funeral Expenses for Jay McFadden

We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Jay McFadden a beloved Father, Husband, Friend, Papa, Brother, and Uncle. My Dad's life was taken by a rare and aggressive form of Cancer. If you knew him, you knew he had a huge heart of gold and helped anyone he could whenever he could, he could always make you laugh and his laugh lit up a room...

He was diagnosed with Prostate Sarcoma, a very rare form of cancer in May 2019, although he had his prostate removed in July followed by radiation. In November, he went to the ER for extreme pain in his belly and they found that his cancer had metastasized to his lungs and abdomen and he was already stage 4. I quickly moved him up to Chandler with me to help take care of him and get better care. We found an amazing Oncologist who worked very hard to come up with a plan of attack unfortunately he was playing catch up. He was set to start an aggressive form of chemo this past Monday Dec 16th however I had to rush him to the Emergency room by ambulance on December 10th due to extreme weakness. He spent the past week in the hospital, got hydrated and was doing good and the doctors decided it was best he start his chemo as an impatient. A few days in, they discovered several complications but started him on some medication to help and moved forward with his chemo. Although he had a great first day, the 2nd day was just way too much, he had all the scary side effects they warned us about and passed away in the hospital after a very hard fight against this cancer. 

I would like to get my Mom some financial help with the funeral and to catch up on some bills since she missed a lot of work to be up here while he was in the hospital and to go to his appointments. Please consider helping my Mom in this time of need. 

Although this money is for my Mom, I am my Dads Medical Power of Attorney and will be handling the funeral expenses on her behalf, all other funds will go directly to her.
