This fund is being setup on behalf of Elijah's mother Angela to help in this time of need. These funds will be put towards the funeral, the reward for crimestoppers and any left over money will be going to his 2 children in accounts for them later in life. For those that don't know Elijah was struck by a vehicle on his way to work Friday night and didn't make it. Unfortunately the driver did not stop and has not been apprehended. Police are of course working hard to try to find the person that took Elijah from us but that does not begin to touch the hardship that his family must endure in the following days, weeks, months and even years. Elijah's family is going to be putting up a reward for anyone who provides information leading to the arrest and conviction of the subject. Aside from that they have all of the expenses of the funeral which will involve a lot of traveling for a lot of family members. Elijah was a phenomenal man. No matter what he was going through I'm his personal life he would still always put others first and ensure their happiness above his own. With Elijah around there was no such thing as a dull moment. If he was around you would could guarantee you'd be smiling and laughing. That was just his personality and it was so contagious. Elijah leaves behind a huge family. Including his parents, 5 brothers, and 2 small children. Elijah's kids were his absolute world as he was a huge part of theirs. There is no pain greater to a child than that of losing a parent. Losing the one whom is supposed to raise you and protect you and be there for you in all of life's important moments. This is an amazing family already facing a lot of hardships now adding one more to their already overflowing plate. Any donation no matter how small will go a long way to help them out.
