The car caught fire sometime during this. The accident happened on County W near Hillcrest Rd in the town of Oak Grove Dodge County, Wisconsin. The car accident is under investigation by sheriff’s office, Wisconsin State Patrol along with insurance companies, ext.  Lisa Higgins, that night lost her only child and her car. Higgins is currently a essential employee that requires a car. As this investigation continues, no insurance payouts pending investigations.

Tegan had many friends and was there for many others. She loved to fish, ice skating and anything outdoors. She will always be remembered for being a loving active young women.

most recently, Tegan took on a job working at a nursing home. She loved her job and finally found something she was passionate about. This was one of my last conversations with her.
