On Sunday, May 1, 2022. Maria Guadalupe Godinez Ramirez was shot and killed by her ex-boyfriend along the Old West Highway in Apache Junction, AZ. She was in an abusive relationship with the perpetrator and ended the relationship due to such. She filed a restraining order against him as she feared for her safety. When she got off her job, he followed her as she headed home. She noticed he was following her and she attempted to seek help at a nearby fry’s but was ambushed by the perpetrator where she was shot and killed.
She was a loving single mother of two children. She leaves behind her 8 year old daughter and 4 year old son. This is another case of violence against Women. She had done all the measures, and it still wasn’t enough to protect herself.
Please fundraise for her funeral expenses and relief fund for her two kids. The two are without their mother and will need all the support they can get.

El domingo 1 de mayo del 2022 María Guadalupe Godinez Ramírez fue asesinada por su ex-novio en Apache Junction, Arizona. María estaba en una relación de abuso doméstico con su ex-novio. María había escapado de esa relación y al escapar se mudó a Mesa, AZ con sus dos hijos. Antes del incidente, María había puesto una orden de restricción pero el perpetrador la localizó en su trabajo y la siguió después de que salió de su trabajo y de ahí le disparó.
María era una madre amorosa y tenía dos hijos. Ella deja en esta tierra a su hija y a su hijo. Este es otro caso en contra de la violencia hacia la mujer. Ella había hecho todo lo que necesitaba hacer y aún así no fue suficiente para protegerse.
Por favor considera donar para cubrir los costos del funeral y apoyar a sus dos hijos. Los niños se han quedado sin su madre y ocupan ayuda en estos momentos tan difíciles.
