It is with a heavy heart that we announce the sudden passing of Garrett Bohn. He was a rememberedther, son, brother, grandson and nehpew. We will all miss him dearly. He will be remembered by his big heart and willingness to help anyone he could.

Garrett Lawrence Bohn 35 of Fergus, Ontario passes away suddenly in his home Thursday May 16th 2019.
Garrett was born in Guelph, Ontario to Larry & Michelle Bohn on Sept 23 1983. He attended College Heights Secondary School in Guelph. Garrett was industrious with a diverse career having worked at different occupations Camtac Mfg, Colonial Cookies, Guelph Auto Parts. Garrett wasn’t content working for someone, he entered into his first business venture with a moving company (G&L moving) but found his niche when he purchased Snap Fitness in Fergus. For the last 6 years he poured his heart into Snap Fitness doing whatever was needed, all the while keeping remarkably fit! Garrett wasn’t satisfied with only one business additionally he was well known with his android box sales & upkeep. He confronted any challenges he faced head on & wouldn’t stop until he found a solution. Garrett was committed to staying very fit having competed in strong man competitions as well as body building competitions. He had many trophies & awards as evidence to his successfully active lifestyle. When he came in contact with anyone looking to better themselves, he was quick to take you under his wing with helpful advice, a workout buddy or put you in contact with the right person. Garrett was very family oriented when a young man dreamed of having his own family. He was overjoyed with fathering Jayden, Bryson, Syer & Sophina. There’s nothing he wouldn’t do for his fiancé, children, brother, parents or grandparents. Garrett had a way with attracting people to himself, he was never without friends that loved him to the end. He will forever be in our thoughts & hearts. So many of us looked up to Garrett in many ways. His hard work, his determination, his intensity, his dedication, his strength & his passion will forever be remembered by us all.
Garrett is survived by his fiancé Sarah Hurley, his children Jayden Hurley, Bryson Hurley, Syer & Sophina Bohn, his grandparents Irene Bohn & Francis LaPointe, his parents Larry & Michelle Bohn, his brother Shane, his nephew Rowan Bohn. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Ken Bohn & John LaPointe, his aunt Lee Anne Shaver.
A come & go memorial service will be held at Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home, 280 St. David Street S, Fergus, on Saturday May 25th from 1-4pm with an opportunity to share memories at 2:30pm.
