Funeral costs for Adam Vande Guchte

Adam Vande Guchte was travelling to work this morning when he unfortunately struck a moose. He was air lifted by stars to the U of A hospital with severe injuries. Upon getting to the hospital and after multiple scans it was determined he was brain dead and put on life support. Shortly after, he passed away.

Our blended family has now lost two children in less than five months. Both airlifted by stars air ambulance to the same hospital. We are still recovering from the death of Jenny Winkler. She was Adam’s step sister.
