Funeral cost for Steven McNew

My father Steven McNew was a man loved by all. He could go anywhere and instantly make friends. There wasn’t a thing he wouldn’t do for anyone. He would offer the shirt off of his back for a stranger without hesitation. Steven was a huge family man, a beloved husband, father and grandfather. He was also an honorably discharged marine veteran. Saturday morning my mom found my dad unresponsive in bed. Paramedics tried everything that they could but it was too late. He went peacefully in his sleep. The Veterans affair office is paying for his gravesite and his headstone along with the 21 gun salute to honor our father. However that does not handle the funeral costs. Both of my parents were disabled and were not able to work, therefore no savings were prepared for such tragedies. We will be skipping visitation already but we still need to come up with the costs for the funeral so we can say goodbye. Any donations are appreciated. I thank you in advance for any help given.
