Support for rare cancer treatment & recovery

My name is Ramandeep Kaur and I’m reaching out to you to raise funds for my husband.

        We were living happily in Perth until my husband started feeling difficulties swallowing food in September 2023. He visited the GP In October 2023 and GP did other tests based on the Past reflux history of my husband. These tests took one month including 2 weeks medicine course but when nothing worked for my husband, GP referred him on end of November 2023 for Endoscopy procedure but we couldn’t get the endoscopy procedure to be done as GP said that no gastroenterologist available. He didn’t send my husband for an emergency endoscopy even we asked him twice.

 In December, My husband started loosing weight but still GP said he is helpless for an endoscopy procedure to be done as GP still thinks that my husband is fine even loosing 10kg of weight.

He overlooked my husband’s condition.

On 18th Dec, my husband felt so much pain below Chest and he went to same GP and he sent my husband for an ultrasound procedure to be done on the same day at Prime radiology , Canning Vale, Perth. 
 

After 2 days, GP called for report and he told my husband to get the laparoscopic procedure to be done on the same day under private health insurance scheme and in St John of God Hospital, Murdoch. His gall bladder removed same day(22nd Dec, 2023) and next day he was discharged from Hospital. 

Here the story took another tragic turn when my husband started having more pain in left side of stomach(more on side of back near back bone) and vomiting a lot and after tolerating for at least a week, we again went in st John of God, Murdoch Emergency on 29th Dec 2023 where the staff in emergency admitted him because they saw my husband vomiting after swallowing the soft food they gave to him. 

As we all don't know what future holds for us. He was not treated further there as the doctors were on holidays until 8th January 2024 but the staff in emergency did an ultrasound where they detected inflammation in food pipe(Oesophagus).

 

He was sent home to be called after the doctors return from holidays. We were very disappointed and helpless at this stage. After surveying the Private hospital emergency Dept (We received a text msg to rate the emergency dept SJOG where we reviewed our experience and service as negative), we got a call from Management and we told them whole story. Here the lady on phone got shocked after hearing that my husband has lost around 25kg of weight because he couldn’t even drink or eat soft foods but just vommitting after swallowing anything. She requested my husband that its an emergency and straight go to same emergency Dept.My husband asked them if the staff or doctors there will perform an endoscopic procedure for me only then I will go there. The lady first said that she is not from medical staff but can call the last doctor who discharged my husband during last hospital emergency visit. We got a call and Doctor Ranaveera requested my husband to get a foodpipe on mouth so that my husband get all required nutrients which he couldn’t get due to regular and worst vomiting/reflux. But again my husband stayed firm on his decision of getting an endoscopy done. After that Dr Abhay Raj Singh called my husband on 8th January 2024 and booked endoscopy to be done on 11th Jan(In the mean time we found another doctor for endoscopy procedure on our own on 12th Jan 2024(Dr Nick, Wembley)

but Dr Abhay just booked my husband one day in advance so we canceled appointment with Dr Nick Kontorinis)Our GP gave referral for Dr Abhay Raj Singh so it was the same doctor now going to do procedure at St John of God, Midland(Private) on 11th Jan instead of 30th Jan booked date(2 months wait time for endoscopy on private health cover and we booked for same in end of November2023).  Our life took another tragic turn when Dr Abhay Raj Singh hinted us that my husband is showing signs of cancerous cells formed in his oesophagus. We were shocked as this wasn’t what we were expected to hear. The report of endoscopy and biopsy came after few days and the GP told my husband to start getting chemotherapy but report doesn’t say anything about the stage of cancer just said that cancer is only locally and looks like very early stage.

   

We got an appointment in Feb from Fiona Stanley hospital NOT for Chemotherapy but for PET scan test to be done. My husband already lost around 29-30kg weight so we dint want to suffer more. 

He booked a ticket to India and arrived in India on 29th January where all his tests and PET scan were done.

According to Test reports, the cancerous cells were spread to other body parts like Lymph nodes, skeleton systems and more. 

Now it seems that the GP in Australia overlooked my husband’s actual condition and he dint book or sent him for emergency endoscopy in end of November and the health condition deteriorated in around 2 months.   

My husband is undergoing Chemotherapy in India now and we are concerned about this significant financial burden. As many of you know, unforeseen medical emergencies can strike any of us, and we firmly believe in the power of community support during such challenging times.This fundraiser will help us meet the costs of reduced incomes, travel, accommodation and potential future care for Amrit Pal Singh.

I don’t work and Amrit was not allowed to work after his surgery in December 2023 and afterwards other health conditons diagnosed. We got two little kids under 8 and it is very hard to cope with financial stress at this time. We request for any kind of help so we can pay off all our debts and cover the medical expenses for treatment.

I have a duty as a wife to do anything possible to save my husband’s life and support my kids and parents as well.

   We understand that everyone faces their own struggles in life but my humble request is to whole community who believes in humanity that if you can share this message as much as you can.Amrit is the heart and soul of our family, and we can't imagine life without him,especially for our precious kids who need him now more than ever.

ਮੇਰਾ ਨਾਮ ਰਮਨਦੀਪ ਕੌਰ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਤੀ ਲਈ ਫੰਡ ਇਕੱਠਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹਾਂ।ਸਤੰਬਰ 2023 ਵਿੱਚ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਭੋਜਨ ਨਿਗਲਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਹੋਣ ਲੱਗੀ। ਅਕਤੂਬਰ 2023 ਵਿੱਚ ਉਸਨੇ GP ਦਾ ਦੌਰਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ GP ਨੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਤੀ ਦੇ ਪਿਛਲੇ Reflux ਇਤਿਹਾਸ ਦੇ ਅਧਾਰ ਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਟੈਸਟ ਕੀਤੇ। ਇਹਨਾਂ ਟੈਸਟਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ 2 ਹਫ਼ਤਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਦਵਾਈ ਦੇ ਕੋਰਸ ਸਮੇਤ ਇੱਕ ਮਹੀਨਾ ਲੱਗਿਆ ਪਰ ਜਦੋਂ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਤੀ ਲਈ ਕੁਝ ਵੀ ਕੰਮ ਨਾ ਕੀਤਾ, ਤਾਂ GP ਨੇ ਨਵੰਬਰ 2023 ਦੇ ਅੰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਐਂਡੋਸਕੋਪੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਲਈ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਰੈਫਰ ਕੀਤਾ।ਅਸੀਂ ਐਂਡੋਸਕੋਪੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਕਰਵਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਕੇ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ GP ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕੋਈ ਗੈਸਟ੍ਰੋਐਂਟਰੌਲੋਜਿਸਟ ਉਪਲਬਧ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਉਸਨੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਐਮਰਜੈਂਸੀ ਐਂਡੋਸਕੋਪੀ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਨਹੀਂ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਭਾਵੇਂ ਅਸੀਂ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਕਿਹਾ। ਦਸੰਬਰ ਵਿੱਚ, ਮੇਰੇ ਪਤੀ ਦਾ ਖਾਣਾ ਨਾ ਖਾ ਸਕਣ ਕਰਕੇ ਭਾਰ ਘੱਟ ਹੋਣ ਲੱਗ ਗਿਆ ਪਰ ਫਿਰ ਵੀ GP ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਐਂਡੋਸਕੋਪੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਲਈ ਬੇਵੱਸ ਹੈ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ GP ਅਜੇ ਵੀ ਸੋਚਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮੇਰਾ ਪਤੀ 10 ਕਿਲੋ ਭਾਰ ਘਟਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਠੀਕ ਹੈ। ਉਸਨੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਤੀ ਦੀ ਹਾਲਤ ਨੂੰ ਨਜ਼ਰਅੰਦਾਜ਼ ਕੀਤਾ। ਫਿਰ ਇੱਕ ਦਿਨ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਛਾਤੀ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਦਰਦ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਹੋਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਇਸੇ GP ਕੋਲ ਗਏ ਅਤੇ GP ਨੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਉਸੇ ਦਿਨ ਪ੍ਰਾਈਮ ਰੇਡੀਓਲੋਜੀ, ਕੈਨਿੰਗ ਵੇਲ, ਪਰਥ ਵਿਖੇ ਅਲਟਰਾਸਾਊਂਡ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਲਈ ਭੇਜਿਆ। 2 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਬਾਅਦ, GP ਨੇ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਲਈ ਬੁਲਾਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਸਨੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਾਈਵੇਟ ਸਿਹਤ ਬੀਮਾ ਸਕੀਮ ਅਧੀਨ SJOG ਹਸਪਤਾਲ, Murdoch ਵਿੱਚ ਉਸੇ ਦਿਨ ਲੈਪਰੋਸਕੋਪਿਕ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ। ਉਸ ਦਾ ਪਿੱਤੇ ਦਾ ਬਲੈਡਰ ਉਸੇ ਦਿਨ (22 ਦਸੰਬਰ, 2023) ਨੂੰ ਹਟਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਅਗਲੇ ਦਿਨ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਛੁੱਟੀ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ। ਇੱਥੇ ਕਹਾਣੀ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਹੋਰ ਦੁਖਦਾਈ ਮੋੜ ਲਿਆ ਜਦੋਂ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਪੇਟ ਦੇ ਖੱਬੇ ਪਾਸੇ (ਪਿੱਠ ਦੀ ਹੱਡੀ ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਪਿੱਠ ਦੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ) ਵਿੱਚ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਦਰਦ ਹੋਣ ਲੱਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਉਲਟੀਆਂ ਹੋਣੀਆਂ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋ ਗਈਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਘੱਟੋ-ਘੱਟ ਇੱਕ ਹਫ਼ਤੇ ਤੱਕ ਸਹਿਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ, ਅਸੀਂ ਦੁਬਾਰਾ SJOG ਮਰਡੋਕ ਐਮਰਜੈਂਸੀ 29 ਦਸੰਬਰ 2023 ਨੂੰ ਗਏ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਐਮਰਜੈਂਸੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਟਾਫ ਨੇ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਦਾਖਲ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਕੁਝ ਵੀ ਖਾਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਲਟੀਆਂ ਕਰਦੇ ਦੇਖਿਆ। ਪਰ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਸਾਰੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਣਦੇ ਕਿ ਸਾਡੇ ਲਈ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਕੀ ਹੈ. ਉਸ ਦਾ ਉੱਥੇ ਹੋਰ ਇਲਾਜ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਡਾਕਟਰ 8 ਜਨਵਰੀ 2024 ਤੱਕ ਛੁੱਟੀਆਂ 'ਤੇ ਸਨ ਪਰ ਐਮਰਜੈਂਸੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਟਾਫ ਨੇ ਅਲਟਰਾਸਾਊਂਡ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਫੂਡ ਪਾਈਪ (ਓਸੋਫੈਗਸ) ਵਿੱਚ ਸੋਜ ਦਾ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗਿਆ। ਸਾਨੂੰ ਘਰ ਭੇਜ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਡਾਕਟਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਛੁੱਟੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਵਾਪਸ ਆਉਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਬੁਲਾਓਣ ਗੇ. ਅਸੀਂ ਇਸ ਪੜਾਅ 'ਤੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਨਿਰਾਸ਼ ਅਤੇ ਬੇਵੱਸ ਸੀ। ਪ੍ਰਾਈਵੇਟ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਦੇ ਐਮਰਜੈਂਸੀ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦਾ ਸਰਵੇਖਣ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ (ਸਾਨੂੰ ਐਮਰਜੈਂਸੀ ਵਿਭਾਗ SJOG ਨੂੰ ਰੇਟ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਟੈਕਸਟ ਸੁਨੇਹਾ ਮਿਲਿਆ), ਸਾਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਨ ਤੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਕਾਲ ਆਈ ਅਤੇ ਅਸੀਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਰੀ ਕਹਾਣੀ ਦੱਸ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਇੱਥੇ ਫੋਨ 'ਤੇ ਔਰਤ ਇਹ ਸੁਣ ਕੇ ਹੈਰਾਨ ਰਹਿ ਗਈ ਕਿ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਤੀ ਦਾ ਲਗਭਗ 25 ਕਿਲੋ ਭਾਰ ਘਟ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਉਹ ਨਰਮ ਭੋਜਨ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਪੀ ਸਕਦਾ ਜਾਂ ਖਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਕੁਝ ਵੀ ਨਿਗਲਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਹੀ ਉਲਟੀਆਂ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਉਸਨੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਐਮਰਜੈਂਸੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸਿੱਧੇ ਉਸੇ ਐਮਰਜੈਂਸੀ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਓ। ਮੇਰੇ ਪਤੀ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕੀ ਉਥੇ ਦਾ ਸਟਾਫ ਜਾਂ ਡਾਕਟਰ ਮੇਰੇ ਲਈ ਐਂਡੋਸਕੋਪਿਕ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਕਰਨਗੇ ਤਾਂ ਹੀ ਮੈਂ ਉੱਥੇ ਜਾਵਾਂਗਾ। ਔਰਤ ਨੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਮੈਡੀਕਲ ਸਟਾਫ਼ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਆਖਰੀ ਡਾਕਟਰ ਨੂੰ ਬੁਲਾ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਪਿਛਲੀ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਦੀ ਐਮਰਜੈਂਸੀ ਫੇਰੀ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਛੁੱਟੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਸੀ। ਸਾਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਕਾਲ ਆਈ ਅਤੇ ਡਾਕਟਰ ਰਣਵੀਰਾ ਨੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਮੂੰਹ 'ਤੇ ਫੂਡ ਪਾਈਪ ਪਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋੜੀਂਦੇ ਪੌਸ਼ਟਿਕ ਤੱਤ ਮਿਲ ਸਕਣ ਜੋ ਉਹ ਨਿਯਮਤ ਅਤੇ ਬੁਰੀ ਉਲਟੀਆਂ/ਉਲਟੀਆਂ ਕਾਰਨ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਸਨ। ਪਰ ਫਿਰ ਵੀ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਤੀ ਐਂਡੋਸਕੋਪੀ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਫੈਸਲੇ 'ਤੇ ਕਾਇਮ ਰਹੇ। ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਡਾ: ਅਭੈ ਰਾਜ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਤੀ ਨੂੰ 8 ਜਨਵਰੀ 2024 ਨੂੰ ਬੁਲਾਇਆ ਅਤੇ 11 ਜਨਵਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਐਂਡੋਸਕੋਪੀ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਬੁੱਕ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ।(ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਅਸੀਂ 12 ਜਨਵਰੀ 2024 ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਐਂਡੋਸਕੋਪੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਹੋਰ ਡਾਕਟਰ ਲੱਭ ਲਿਆ (ਡਾ. ਨਿਕ, ਵੈਂਬਲੇ) ਪਰ ਡਾ ਅਭੈ ਨੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਦਿਨ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਬੁੱਕ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ) ਸਾਡੇ GP ਨੇ ਡਾ ਅਭੈ ਰਾਜ ਸਿੰਘ ਲਈ ਰੈਫਰਲ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਤਾਂ ਇਹ ਸੀ ਉਹੀ ਡਾਕਟਰ ਹੁਣ SJOG, Midland(ਪ੍ਰਾਈਵੇਟ) ਵਿਖੇ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਕਰਨ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਸਾਡੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਹੋਰ ਦੁਖਦਾਈ ਮੋੜ ਲਿਆ ਜਦੋਂ ਡਾ: ਅਭੈ ਰਾਜ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਇਸ਼ਾਰਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਤੀ ਦੇ ਅਨਾਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੈਂਸਰ ਦੇ ਸੈੱਲ ਬਣਨ ਦੇ ਲੱਛਣ ਦਿਖਾਈ ਦੇ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਅਸੀਂ ਹੈਰਾਨ ਰਹਿ ਗਏ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਇਹ ਸੁਣਨ ਦੀ ਉਮੀਦ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ। ਐਂਡੋਸਕੋਪੀ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਇਓਪਸੀ ਦੀ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਕੁਝ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਆਈ ਅਤੇ GP ਨੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਕੀਮੋਥੈਰੇਪੀ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ ਪਰ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੈਂਸਰ ਦੀ ਸਟੇਜ ਬਾਰੇ ਕੁਝ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ, ਸਿਰਫ ਇਹ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੈਂਸਰ ਸਿਰਫ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤੀ ਸਟੇਜ ਵਰਗਾ ਲੱਗਦਾ ਹੈ। ਪਰ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਕੀਮੋਥੈਰੇਪੀ ਲਈ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਲਕਿ PET ਸਕੈਨ ਟੈਸਟ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਲਈ Fiona Stanley Murdoch ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਤੋਂ 2 ਫਰਵਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਲਾਕਾਤ ਮਿਲੀ। ਮੇਰੇ ਪਤੀ ਨੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਲਗਭਗ 29-30 ਕਿਲੋਗ੍ਰਾਮ ਭਾਰ ਘਟਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਅਸੀਂ ਹੋਰ ਦੁੱਖ ਨਹੀਂ ਝੱਲਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ। ਉਸਨੇ 27 ਜਨਵਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਭਾਰਤ ਲਈ ਟਿਕਟ ਹੋਰ ਸਥਿਤੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਸਾਡੇ ਕੋਲ 8 ਸਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਘੱਟ ਉਮਰ ਦੇ ਦੋ ਛੋਟੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਿੱਤੀ ਤਣਾਅ ਨਾਲ ਸਿੱਝਣਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲ ਹੈ। ਅਸੀਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਕਿਸਮ ਦੀ ਮਦਦ ਲਈ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਅਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਕਰਜ਼ਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਕਰ ਸਕੀਏ ਅਤੇ ਇਲਾਜ ਲਈ ਡਾਕਟਰੀ ਖਰਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰਾ ਕਰ ਸਕੀਏ। ਇੱਕ ਪਤਨੀ ਦੇ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੇਰਾ ਫਰਜ਼ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਤੀ ਦੀ ਜਾਨ ਬਚਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਕੁਝ ਵੀ ਕਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਪਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਸਮਰਥਨ ਕਰਾਂ। ਮੇਰੀ ਸਮੁੱਚੀ ਮਾਨਵਤਾ
