Fund-raising to bring Family home for Celebration of Life

Hello friends, family and FB friends, you may have heard by now that we lost a dear elder, Percy Henry. His long career, dedication and sacrifice, seen him through history making achievements in TH traditional territory and the Yukon. He was instrumental along side his colleagues for presenting, Together Today for Our Children Tomorrow, to the Government of Canada. He was one of the last few left from the group of 1973. Percy has immediate family in BC and Minneapolis who need to be home for the, Celebration of Life service, some of the immediate family members have already been experiencing hardship through lengthy illness and have exhausted their funds by making a trip to visit him during his time in the hospital and while he was ill. As Percy made many sacrifices as a past YFN leader, let's honour him by bringing his family members home, as family meant everything to him. He would've been so grateful that we are holding up his family during their time of great sadness, as he had held up our peoples in the Yukon for many years during his leadership.
