Tapash Rashid Memorial Fund

On November 16, 2019,  we lost our dearest friend Tapash Rashid and this world lost a bright and shining star. He was put on life support due to critical heart disease and he unfortunately passed away. Tapash was an exceptional man of God and a very hardworking and the most delightful soul most of us ever had the chance to meet in this life.

We not only lost a friend, we have lost a hardworking, loving and compassionate father and husband. His primary concern and priority has alway been to bring happiness to his family. He diligently worked 7 days a week to ensure the bills are paid,  his sons' tuitions and any other expenses are taken care of. Regardless of his personal and financial struggles, Brother Tapash wouldn't allow his family to endure any of the hardships. Despite his poor health, he completed Hajj this year and fulfilled his dream. His last wish was to spend the time with his family for Thanksgiving dinner.

We are humbly reaching out to you as his friends and family to contribute to this memorial fund.  He left behind his wife, Lata, and his two sons, Anto and Pranto. Mr. Rashid's sons are currently attending the University of Central Florida (UCF). Pranto is a senior at UCF, majoring in Finance and Anto is a Junior, majoring in Computer Science. With the loss of the head of the household, the financial burden of ongoing tuition and other immediate needs has been placed on his widow and two sons. Let us all come together and help such an amazing person's family at such a tragic time like this.
