Fundraising for mothers in difficult circumstances

I'm taking on my first ultra marathon (50km), the 'Queen of the Suburbs' on Saturday 23rd March 2024.

I'm raising money in aid of The Guild of Our Lady of Good Counsel and every donation will help.

The Guild reaches out to help expectant Mothers and new Mothers in difficult circumstances, through a helpline, a free advisory service, practical help, friendship and moral support. It also promotes the teachings of the Roman Catholic Church on the sanctity of human life and love through education.

It has been over 5 years since I last completed a marathon and this will be an extra 5 miles after that! The route goes through the many parks of Ealing and is more of a challenge than a race.
