Jeremiah is a 12 year old boy who has been living away from his close family for several years, due to conflict in his country of origin (anonymised for his safety).
He has a critical heart condition, and this, coupled with escalating conflict in his country means he is in urgent need of support.
We are fundraising for him to join his father who is a refugee here in the UK.
The costs include return travel to a visa processing centre and other travel expenses, estimated at £780.
We would like to help him travel as soon as possible due to the instability he faces. We are friends of his family in the UK and know how important it is that the family are reunited. We are all extremely grateful for any funds and support.
