Help Repair Hawaii's Volcano Circus Aerial Program
Tax deductible
Want to join me in making a difference? We're raising money to benefit Hawai'i Volcano Circus nonprofit and any donation will help make an impact. The aerial program at SPACE helps to build confidence, strength, and community in children of all ages.
We are raising money to replace our safety aerial/tumbling mats and upgrade the aerial equipment at Seaview Performing Arts Center for Education (SPACE). This will allow us to invite more students to learn aerial arts. The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted our ability to continue our youth circus aerial arts program. In order to safely resume youth circus classes at SPACE, each student needs their own set of equipment. Our goal is to resume in-person circus classes safely in small group setting. We teach circus & performance arts for Seaview Community School, as well as for the children in the East Hawai'i community.
It's important that our children have the resources they need to explore creatively through circus arts. Your donation will reach dozens of children by helping us purchase safety mats, rigging and aerial equipment.
Lower Puna is a rural, low income district on the Big Island that was recently impacted by the 2018 Kilauea eruption. These challenges have created a resilient community. It is vital that we preserve circus as a positive outlet for these children. No amount is too small, and sharing our GoFundMe page is a great way to contribute. We are grateful to support our youth now, and through all of our grand adventures over the last 30 years of Social Circus here in Hawaii. We humbly ask for your donation, so that we may continue our mission of teaching circus arts education.
Hawaii Volcano Circus mission statement: Maintaining circus artists for educational, cultural and entertainment purposes as well as developing an educational center for performing circus artists.
