Fundraiser to help house fire victims Clara & Jay

Hello,

My name is Mary Robinson and I am hoping to raise funds to help my friend Clara in her unfortunate situation. A house fire has completely destroyed her rental property and EVERYTHING she owns. An aerosol exploded and everything was completely destroyed. Luckily Clara got out unharmed but she is now homeless and got out with only the clothes she was wearing.

Some things are irreplaceable but it would be such a great help for her and her little girl Jaylah to get some much needed help to replace her basic things. You don't realize how much you have gathered to make your 'home' until something like this happens. It's hard to imagine everything being destroyed, including every item of clothing you own. There's just so much loss in an accident like this and although they may be 'material' items they are just the things that most of us use daily without a second thought. Clothes, towels, cleaning products, kitchen appliances, electronics, furniture.... the list goes on. The average cost of house contents are anywhere from £20000 to £35000.

Clara is the kind of person that would give to other people and do without herself. She is kind, caring and compassionate and it's just so sad that things like this happen to good decent people.

It would be a lovely gesture & help her imensly by making a donation to give her a bit of a start on rebuilding a home for her and her little girl. It would be greatly appreciated.
