Fundraiser for Zac Chapman

I suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury and brain stem injury in a near fatal motorcycle crash on August 8, 2009. It's been a long road since then but through many miracles and much support I've regained more independence than thought possible. Now I've come to another crossroads; my minivan needs to be replaced because it is having numerous mechanical issues. After I purchase a vehicle I must also buy adaptive equipment for it to suit my needs. These modifications will include a special seat made by Bruno that makes it much easier for me to load/unload. The seat lowers beside the vehicle next to my wheelchair,I transfer into the seat & then it lifts me into the vehicle. A wheelchair lift also made by Bruno can then be used to load my chair into the back of the vehicle. Any day now my new wheelchair will be ready & it will weigh 26lbs more than my current wheelchair since it will have Twion power-assisted wheels. With a total weight of approximately 80lbs I will need the electric lift so nobody will hurt their back loading my wheelchair.
