Fundraiser for The Brain Charity (FTD)

I am raising money in aid of The Brain Charity, which supports people with neurological conditions to live longer, healthier and more active lives. My Grandfather was diagnosed with a rare type of dementia a few years ago, called frontal temporal dementia. He lost his speech and ability to do everyday things. Having to watch his health decline on a daily basis, it was so painful for us all to lose him under such horrific circumstances. Honestly, he was the greatest. A massive music lover, hard worker, a great husband, father, friend, brother and grandfather. To everyone who knew him, they were truly blessed. And I'll never forget all the fun times we had at gigs and memories growing up. This song was very difficult to perform, but I'm glad I did because he truly deserved to have a tribute song - one that tells a bit of his story, while highlighting the harsh reality of this incredibly cruel illness.
Myself and my family would really appreciate any donations made to such an important and personal cause that affects so many people.
