Football Player paralyzed at 16 now 60!

Hello--my name is Jamie Cap. I am a quadriplegic as a result of a high school football injury back in 1979 on November 4. I was left a quadriplegic with a C 4-5 complete break of my spine.

I am 60 years old now and my parents and handful of friends who have taken care of me have since passed away. Here is a picture of my mom, dad and myself. They were always there for me from start until they passed away.

I am in need of attendant/nursing care, help with therapy in my home, a new van, and a handful of other gadgets that enable a quadriplegic to have a better life.
