Fundraiser for Delia and Her Children

On Saturday afternoon May 22, 2021, my cousin Delia and her family received the worst news of their lives. She lost her husband Pedro, due to a fatal assault on his way home after work. He was on his way to take her wife Delia money for the kids expenses. He was walking towards Maywood when he was murdered and robbed. Not many details have been recovered, as the police are still investigating.
Pedro leaves behind his wife Delia, his 3 sons Pedro (11), Manny (10) and Federico (7), and Leilani newborn 6m old girl. Anyone who knew Pedro, knew that he was a great father and cared very deeply for his children, and his nieces as his own. In addition to being a father, an uncle, brother, son, and a husband, he was also a good friend and kind person. He could easily make conversation with a stranger and would always offer to help anyone in need. His loss is one that left those that know him in shock.
With this horrible attack he leaves behind a great deal of responsibility for my cousin. Pedro contributed to the majority of the household and kid expenses, and now with his departure, this will now all fall on Delia. Due to covid and her young newborn baby, Delia is limited to her job and will need all the help that she can get. Money will be used for the kids and household expenses.I ask that you please take the time to say a prayer for the family, donate anything if/that you are able to and/or share this. Today for her, tomorrow for another.

Sabado Mayo 22, 2021, mi prima y su familia reciberon las peores noticias de sus vidas. Mataron a su esposo despues de salary del trabajo en camino a casa. El iba en camino a Maywood a dejarle dinero a su esposa para los gastos de la casa y sus niños. Se encontraba caminando hacie Maywood cuando lo asaltaron, puñalandolo y robandole su dinero. Aun no ay mas detalles, ya que la policia sigue investigando.
Pedro deja una esposa, 3 hijos Pedro (11), Manny (10), Federico (7) y a una niña de 6 meses, Leilani. Cualquier persona que conocio a Pedro les dira que fue un gran Padre que amaba a sus hijos, y a sus sobrinas como si fueran suyos. Aparte de buen Padre, tambien era un buen tio, hijo, amigo, esposo y un amigo con el contaban. El podria hacer conversacion con quien sea y siempre brindaba ayuda a quien la necesitaba. Su perdida es una en cual dejo a todos sorprendidos.
Con este terible ataque deja atras una gran responsabilidad para mi prima. Pedro contribuia la mayoria hacie los gastos de la casa y los niños. Ahora con su ausensia, esto caira en manos de ella. Debido a Covid y su bebe chiquita, Delia necesitara todo el apoyo que se le pueda brindar. El dinero recaudado sera para los gastos de las casa y los niños. Les pido que por favor tenga su familia en sus oraciones, donen si pueden, y que comparten. Hoy por ellos, mañana por nosotros.
