Fundraiser for Blaine McCall loving father&friend

In May of 2020 Blaine McCall was diagnosed with Adenocarcinoma cancer of the lung. After nurmerous tests completed between Yarmouth and Halifax hospitals they informed Blaine and his family that the cancer was inoperable.

  Back in 2004 Blaine was injured aboard a fishing vessel he was employed on. With aggressive physio therapy and the help of medication daily Blaine was able to pursue a career in dock side monitoring, but was told that due to his extensive back injuries he would never fish again. 

    Blaine has worked as a dock side monitor and has dedicated many hours to his job during wind,rain,sun and snow. Although given his recent diagnosis in May Blaine is unable to work at this time.

  Blaine has been a blessing and a friend to many people over the years. He is a loving husband to his wife Cindy as well as a great father to his 3 girls Shannon, Candice and Kimberlee. Blaine is also an extremely proud grandfather of 6 grandchildren who love and adore him, along with siblings Donald, Sandy, David, Mackenzie, Charlotte,Jody and Holly, as well as countless nieces/nephews and  friends he has made over the years. 

  Blaine has helped many people over his lifetime in many different ways, and those that know Blaine know the amazing heart he has and all the ways he has shared his generosity.

   Now it is our time as his family to help him in his time of need. Blaine will need to make countless trips to Halifax where he will be recieving treatments as well as attending multiple medical appointments. 

   Blaine and his family would also like to recognize Blaine`s brother Sandy McCall and nephew Chris McCall for being the solid foundation for Blaine that he has always been to his entire family his whole life. Sandy has been Blaine`s allie along with God throughout this experience.

  All donations will be to help Blaine pay for his medications,travel, day to day living etc.
