Fundraiser for a reburial

Frankie Franco was a very generous, caring and loving young man who touched lives of those who knew him and got to meet him. Unfortunately he passed away 11 years ago at the age of 16. Very young and full of life, he attended school and never wanted to miss a day, had lots of friends even his teachers loved him! Very respectful, helpful and in all he was just a great guy.
All in all I'm asking for help to raise money for him to be moved to a different location. He is currently at Roosevelt Memorial cemetery and his gravesite has been getting vandalized for the past few years. People just keep disrespecting his gravesite in many ways that it got to the point that our family don't feel safe going anymore.
