Help me to cope with MND

Hello, my name is Tony Duncan and I am 41 years old. I am married to the love of my life and have a one year old daughter. Our lives were truly blessed until I was recently diagnosed with motor neurone disease. Our lives have turned upside down as we have been told that within the next 5 years, I will become increasingly disabled and ultimately paralysed. I will shortly be forced into early retirement.

The reason for this go fund me is to help towards the medical equipment and adaptations to our home which we will need as my disease progresses.

Those that know me know I have always worked, been fiercely independent and practical, so it is hard to accept that I will lose that independence so quickly. I love my family more than anything and I do not want to become a burden to them, but in order to accomplish this, I need some help.
