As we begin our 25th year, the Washington Renegades are implementing the 25 for 25 Challenge. When we reach $2500 in donations, that figure will be matched dollar for dollar by an anonymous donor!

Your support helps continue the legacy of the oldest standing LGBTQ+ inclusive men's rugby football club in North America (est.1998) and helps keep rugby truly inclusive for all. We are more than just a rugby team, we're a family of fans, alumni, sponsors, and supporters. We depend on your support to achieve our mission and promote equality and inclusivity at the regional, national, and international levels.

Located in the nation's capital, the Washington Renegades has promoted equality and inclusivity - on and off the pitch for over 20 years. In leading the charge of inclusivity and diversity, the Renegades are a proud member of the Capital Rugby Union (CRU), USA Rugby (USAR), and a founding member of International Gay Rugby (IGR). We field competitive sides in the Mid-Atlantic Conference (MAC) of USAR in Division III and Division IV and participate in the largest worldwide LGBTQ+ rugby tournament hosted by IGR — the Mark Bingham Cup — every two years.

We are a diverse mix of people from the D.C. Metropolitan area, welcoming players regardless of sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, or income. Players of any skill level are welcome to join, including those who have never played rugby. The club is also socially and philanthropically involved in the local community, and we welcome everyone to participate.
