Fund for Emily's Medical Bills

Hello All, 
I have created this account to help out one of my dearest friends, Emily. 
You may have seen that she has recently gone through some major health changes that required an emergency liver transplant on Christmas Day. 
Due to the severity of the damage and the rapid decline to her old liver, she was placed as the #1 transplant candidate in the United States due to the fact that the liver failure was not self induced. Thankfully, it only took 8 hours to find her a new liver.  
Emily is only 23 years old and was living a very healthy lifestyle. None of us would have guessed that this would happen to her. This blind sided Emily and her family to say the least. 
Not once has Emily complained, not once has she spoken negatively about her situation but instead shown the incredible strength that I only hope I would be able to portray if I was put into the same situation. 
It took about 6 days from the time she was airlifted to Dallas Methodist Hospital, to the time she was being prepped for the biggest operation of her life. 
Nothing can prepare you financially to go through something like this and that is why I have created this account; to help cover Emily's immediate medical expenses and provide her stability while she is unable to work.
