Fund Christian's Debut Jazz & Blues EP

Hi! My name is Christian Erickson and I am a 20y/o Jazz and Blues Vocalist from Southern Utah. I've been working hard the last few years as an up-and-coming young vocalist and I am getting ready to record and release my first 6-song EP on all streaming platforms along with a limited run of CDs. This takes $$ for music rights, licensing, musicians, recording, producing, mastering, printing, marketing, distributing, etc., so I will need some help!

A Little About Me and My Goal

My dream in life is to make my love of singing my profession. When I was young, as my parents tell it, I was known as "the kid who rode around the neighborhood on his scooter singing at the top of his lungs." In High School choir, I was asked to sing a solo of Nat King Cole's "Orange Colored Sky," and I got hooked. I soon discovered Jazz, Blues, and RnB Soul singers like Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Bobby Darin, Vic Damone, Mel Tormé, Lou Rawls (my grandpa's favorite), Harry Connick Jr., Ella Fitzgerald, Sarah Vaughan, Al Green, and so many more. My mother was also feeding me healthy doses of Michael Bublé and her favorite singer, George Michael, while my father introduced me to amazing 80s bands like Depeche Mode among other greats from that era. My personal style has been influenced by them all and I am continuing to grow and develop into the artist that I am becoming today.

All donations over $500 will receive the above early mp3 by email, and later receive the full EP on CD once it's released.
