Fund a van for a disabled person

Hey my name is Matthew and this fundraiser is to help me get a vehicle to transport me and my electric chair places so that I can finally get around to explore new places and go see people do things go try new foods and go to doctor's appointments I look at this as a need not a want so with your support I could finally not be a recluse

I'm in an electric wheelchair with SMA Type 2 spinal muscular atrophy my muscles were frozen at 2 and my body does not produce enough of a certain protein to regenerate or regrow new muscles so it's likely that I do have a lower life expectancy however I am going on 29 now far past the expectations of when I was a lot younger and I was diagnosed

my father is a veteran who's served for his country and lost a lot of good friends along the way, he also went through a quadruple heart open bypass when he was 40 and he still takes care of me and his older mother and still works to this day, I hope that maybe one day I can change that so he doesn't have to work anymore and I can also help the people around me that mean the most to me..

I love to live life and I'm very outgoing at least I can be, and I really appreciate any support that you show thank you. At again
