Fund a running track for Broomwood Primary

Donation protected
At the end of last year, a few members of staff from Broomwood Primary School finally ran the Manchester Marathon as a relay team to try and raise some money with a view to having a running track installed at the school.

After the success of this event, we wanted to set ourselves another challenge to raise further funds for this important cause. So, on the 25th of June, some of the members of staff will brave the Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge.

This route is 24 miles (38.6km), and includes 1585m (5200ft) of ascent.

The Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge takes on the peaks of Pen-y-ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough, usually in this order, and in under 12 hours. These peaks form part of the Pennine range, and encircle the head of the valley of the River Ribble, in the Yorkshire Dales National Park.

As we continue to raise funds for the running track, we would be grateful for any donation to sponsor the walkers.

Thank you for your support.
