Fully Restore my husband

In Aug. 11, 2017, I received a call from someone identifying herself as a nurse from Kingwood Hospital , that they have a patient brought in by ambulance. Only after the 3rd call did I realize that the call was not a prank call .
My husband, Briccio Dava , Jr. was found unresponsive in the IAH parking lot for Uber drivers and was rushed to Kingwood hospital . He suffered a massive stroke while in the parking lot , under a hot sun for, who knows how many hours . After weeks in the CV-Neuro ICU , his right side was completely flaccid, and his speech completely affected.
After four months , I have shed a lot of tears fighting with the insurance to get him to a rehab facilty which gives intensive therapy to stroke victims, but my attempts were all futile , and my requests / appeal denied . My husband was taken to a skilled nursing facility which had staffing problems that his progress in his therapy was totally slow & inconsequential.
I am now 67 yrs old and I planned on retiring prior to my husband's illness. But I guess this was not God's plan for me. I have continued working because the medical bills are piling up, and the need for a caregiver also came about, as I cannot care for him all by myself , (my husband is 6'2", 165 lbs.) I have to continue working just to meet all the extra and unexpected expenses that came about. My husband was not eligible for Medicaid , so all copays and caregiving expenses are out of pocket , which is now causing a heavy toll on me. My bill for a caregiver is $12/hr, at $480.00 per week, and my pay, being that it is already allocated to existing bills like our mortgage , utilities , food etc. , that no matter how I scrimp on every dollar I make, paying this weekly is still too hefty. I have no savings to rely on as I have been the main breadwinner after my husband lost his job in 2008, then decided to take early retirement just so we can get by. Before his stroke, my husband was doing Uber and was doing his best to help augment our financial obligations .
What matters to me is getting my husband back ! I want my husband to be fully restored to all his normal functions, And I know that nothing is impossible if you believe and have faith ! I can see my husband tearing up sometimes when he tries to speak but can't, tries to sit up but too weak to stay seated, tries to lift his head but does not know which muscle to use. There are times when he sees me in tears, when I try to lift him or pull him up in his bed , but I can't and all he can do is pull me close to him so he can give me a half hug. There are times when I just see him looking up and seemingly talking to the heavens to get him out of his bed, And if he can utter some syllables, let me just make it known that he responds to our daily evening 3 Hail Mary's, one glory be and the Lord's prayer clearly , which is a miracle to me.
And I've been fervently praying for more miracles . I 've not stopped finding ways and means to get my husband to recover , I read up on Stem Cell Recovery for stroke patients, read up on books on how giv massage therapy, and been reading up on helpful solutions that can help restore stroke victims. Until a friend of mine introuced me to this therapy and highly recommended the PEMF Therapy.
