Fulfill terminally ill grand daughters wish

My name is Christine. I have a 7 yr old grand daughter named Tiar, who has been battling an incurable cancer called Adrenocortical Carcinoma for the past 2 yrs. We have recently been told that her cancer is not only becoming more active, but is also starting to spread. She will soon be starting a new type of treatment, and have yet another surgery to remove yet another tumor from her lungs, but the doctors have said that they expect maybe 5 yrs of hopefully quality life for her. I’m simply trying to fulfill a little girls dream of going to Disney World before she’s unable to.
