Fulfill Dolores’ Final Wishes

On Tuesday March 6, 2018, our Mom, Dolores “Lolly” Hudson, passed away after an eight year battle with Alzheimer’s Disease. She was a beloved wife, mother of seven, and grandmother of 12. 

At this time my father, siblings and I are asking the help of our friends and family members in order to fulfill our Mother’s final wishes.

Unforseen financial circumstances caused our family to be unprepared financially for our Mom’s passing. Burial benefits we were told would be available, are not available for her without first bankrupting our father. This is unacceptable.

Her final wishes were to be cremated and then buried with our older brother, who passed away 27 years ago, at Oak Grove Cemetery, and a small headstone added beside his current headstone. 

Any money collected in our Mother’s memory will be used to pay for her preparation and cremation fees, urn, burial, and headstone. Any remaining monies will be used to repay our brother Nick’s 401k, which he borrowed against in order to have our Mom cremated in a timely manner.
