This is my calling and will transform the way in which

electrical power is being generated, finally, without

pollution. We still use principles of Physics to make this

Heavenly design work. And I unashamedly give Him the

glory in it's creation. I'm just a humble messenger and

servant of His trying to bring His gift to His children on

Earth.

My plan is to have investing Partners in a LLP structure with exit plan of 5-7yrs or sooner which depends on sales volume. Partners will have opportunity to exist with original investment plus 30% or leave their investment in the Partnership and receive quarterly dividends from the proportional stock transfer from their accumulated investment. Marketing will be through YouTube, Internet, attending Conventions targeting the Power Industry, holding demonstrations in Malls, with Off Grid enthusiast groups, Data Centers, electric vehicles, electric municipal buses, electric aviation, electric school buses, missionary fields, etc., wherever portable power is needed. Terroristic attacks to our Power Grid will be inconsequential because homes will become Micro Grids. It's exciting to think about. I need $500,000 to actually change jobs and devote all my time to this new venture.
