A little help please

The state revenue department has seized my checking and savings accounts. They already have taken the little I had and will take my paycheck that is deposited on Friday. All my money would have went for rent, phone, electric, gas and groceries. They have strict laws where if my rent isn't paid by a certain date they give you three days to move and then the sheriff locks you out and they keep your things. I wouldn't ask but I am desperate. I didn't borrow anything because money is tight and wasn't sure how I would pay it back. Thank you. Every dollar helps.
