Help Me Replace My Knees

My fight against lupus has been nothing short of an insane roller coaster! I was diagnosed almost 9 years ago. It has attacked my joints, skin, lungs, colon and kidneys. I even had to endure treatments of chemotherapy to save my life. Another treatment you've probably heard of is prednisone. It was a life saving drug but its side effects are unbelievable and irreversible. I suffered every single side effect that you could have, including: severe acne, hairy face, weight gain due to uncontrollable hunger, a hump on my neck and the dreaded "moon face." I looked like the Stay Puft marshmallow man. But a side effect I never saw coming was avascular necrosis in both of my knees. It took x rays and MRIs to find out what're the terrible pain was coming from. The high doses of prednisone had caused a restriction of circulation to my bones in my knees causing the bone to die and collapse. I now need to replace BOTH of my knees at 31 years old. I can't afford to miss work or lose my job. My insurance is keeping me alive. There are bills piling up and have no idea where to turn. . Please please please help me. I would be forever grateful!
