Sometimes life throws a huge curveball and the life you planned simply isn’t possible anymore. The Foxen Family is navigating the incurable and gradual loss of their beloved Jim.  First, he is robbed of his very essence-his humor, confidence and joy. His life with his family has already changed with his very early onset of Alzheimers.  Jim's time on the planet will be tragically, and significantly, shortened. The care during these last few years he is here will be considerable and an enormous challenge for his loved ones.  Here are a couple of ways you can make a difference!  This GoFundMe is one option.  Another is participating in a fundraising event at Casmalia Hitching Post on Sunday, September 17th, 12:00pm-3:00pm. Donation is $150. You will be entered in a drawing to win 2 night stay at fab Bay Shore Peninsula hotel in Newport Beach, Dinner at the crab cooker restaurant & a 90-minute sightseeing cruise  in Newport harbor. Another gift is a 2 night stay at the luxurious “Inn at the Pier’ in Pismo Beach.  Lastly, you can win 25 bottles of amazing fine wine.
