"Friends of Felicia" Support Team
Donation protected
As some of you may know, Felicia passed out of our world on Saturday, April 15th, around 11:30 am. She was in the arms of her family and closest friends, and of course her cat, Miss Stella Oreo. No one could have fought harder, more fiercely or with greater love in their heart, but after a very bad 2 weeks, it was time for her to go.
Most of all, I want to thank all of you who so generously made it possible for her to enjoy these last two years, making her own choices, choosing her own treatments, and enjoying being herself with her children and other loved ones, in the face of one of the most aggressive cancers around. You did this through your love, your emotional support, and your dollars, and we can't thank you enough. It meant the world to her, and gave her the courage to keep going.
FYI: In case you want to make a final contribution in Felicia's honor (I just did), her son William is raising donations for the local cancer center where Felicia received most treatments, by participating in the May 6th 9th Annual Bald is Beautiful fundraising event.
Her obituary from the Keene Sentinel can be read HERE.
Much love to you all in the coming days.
