Friends of DACC & Oscar the Dog

Tax deductible
Want to join me in making a difference? I'm raising money to benefit Friends of Detroit Animal Care and Control (DACC), and any donation will help create an impact. Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.
Crew members of Inland Waters Pollution Control 's (IWPC), a Detroit-based pipe rehabilitation company, heard a barking sound from a sewer pipeline during their initial inspections. Upon further investigation, they found a wounded and frightened dog, who has fallen from a 14ft drop. The crew worked fast, pulled the dog from the pipeline, and contacted the Friends of DACC. IWPC is a subsidiary of Inland Pipe Rehabilitation, LLC, a privately-held trenchless solutions provider headquartered in Conyers, Georgia. (https://teamipr.com/)
Oscar, as Friends of DACC has dubbed him, has already had surgery and required nine screws to repair the remaining damage. We have been fundraising through Facebook to pay the vet bills associated with his injury, but he still needs more help, including the many other dogs at the Friends of DACC. Our goal is to cover the costs of Oscar's vet needs and give any remaining funds to other dogs in need as Friends of DACC sees fit.
