For all of you, who were lucky enough to have known Laurel through her life, be it in grade school, high school, ASC, college, her life in Colorado Springs, her life in Lake City, Colorado, or her life in Denver, know her as a kind, compassionate , giving soul. She’s far more comfortable giving than she is receiving and it’s a rare opportunity we have as her chosen friends and family to support her in a time of challenge.

As many of you may have heard, Laurel’s son Calder was recently diagnosed with a brain tumor. They are performing surgery on Friday, June 2nd and his treatment options will be more clear.

In order to give Laurel the time to support her son through this recovery process several of her friends have proposed that she step back from work for two months, and that we seek out help from the community of all of those of us who know and love Laurel. we would like to ask you to give back to Laurel as you are able to help her so she can support her precious son.
