Fresno Gumbo House Suffers A Devastating Loss

On May 22, 2022 at around 3 PM Chef 19 was bringing his food trailer for his business back to Fresno. Unfortunately he was struck from behind by a speeding 18 wheeler truck which ultimately flipped the food trailer on its side destroying the frame and equipment that was inside as well. Totally destroyed the food trailer it is no longer operable.

Chef 19 runs the Fresno Gumbo House which is an aspired restaurant In Fresno California him and his family have worked very hard in the city serving thousands of people delicious meals and feeding families. They are a generous kind humble loving Family. Who has participated in many community events and fundraisers.

We have watched them from the ground up serving from their home to making progress by purchasing the food trailer. And to watch this devastating accident take all of their hard work away is very sad. If We can come together and help this family so that they could continue serving great food to Fresno California and many other surrounding cities I think we will make tremendous progress as a whole in supporting entrepreneurs in our city.
