#FreeYoshiko from a conservatorship & elder abuse

Donation protected

Yoshiko Nakatani Sanchez Is 87 years old. She’s one of the thousands of Japanese Americans forced into interment camps in 1942. Yoshiko was only 8 years old at the time. She was a CHILD PRISONER !

Yoshiko has 3 children. Yoshiko is a victim of elder abuse, we believe her when she says one of her children abuses her. The same person who is her abuser, petitioned an emergency conservatorship on Yoshiko, to try to cover up his abuse and further abuse her in the court system with the help of her soon to be ex sister in-law who would be her temporary conservator in charge of Yoshiko and a private fiduciary in charge of her finances.

( THIS IS NOT WHAT YOSHIKO WANTS )

Without seeing all the facts, and solely relying on the court investigators report which is nothing more then false statements made by the petitioners that were not vetted ,the judge approved a temporary conservatorship on Yoshiko.

If you have been following Britney Spears conservatorship case, you would know this is not something you would want for a loved one. Britney has been under temporary conservatorship for 13 years.

Yoshiko has family that truly loves her and wants what Yoshiko wants are doing what they can to stop this. Fighting in the courts hasn’t been easy & it’s costly. The only ones that benefit from conservatorships are sociopathic lawyers and private fiduciary‘s Who drain all of the finances from the Conservatee and their family leaving them financially ruined and traumatized by the whole process

We are asking for help at this time, due to continued Court hearings, lawyer fees , doctors evaluations, etc this will make Yoshiko’s money run out fast, forcing her to sell her home that her husband built 60+ years ago to keep fighting this conservatorship.

At 87, Yoshiko shouldn’t have to fight for freedom. Her freedom is being stripped away just as it happened to her as a child , her family & thousands of Japanese Americans, 79 years ago.

Yoshiko’s wish is to live the rest of her life in her own Home , free from abuse. Yoshiko has stated that she wants to be in charge of herself but that if she had to pick someone to be her conservator , she would want it to be her only daughter.

All excess funds will be donated to CEDAR. CEDAR's focus is human rights of elderly and disabled Californians, especially persons under conservatorship.

Thank you all for the love and support during this difficult time.
