#FreeToo - October

Donation protected
#FreeToo is an event designed to bring women within our community together and share stories of pain and freedom, trauma and healing, loss and restoration. Our expectation is for every woman to experience the supernatural peace and power of the Holy Spirit filling this place. Women will gather, bow in worship and hear testimony from real life women within their community who carried a burden that was never theirs. We have found a deep need for authentic community, for women to know they are not alone and to feel seen not only by others but by Jesus.  It will be an evening filled with healing prayer, impactful teaching and inspiring worship, leaving every woman equipped and encouraged to leave their burdens at the throne of grace.

OUR DESIRE :

Our desire is to see women freed from the bondage of their past through the power of the Holy Spirit. We want to build community through authenticity and vulnerability, empowering women to experience freedom by sharing stories with each other, by testifying to what God has done in their lives. When women come out of the shadows of sin and shame and find true healing, an entire movement of freedom will take place within the church walls and outside of them.

The ultimate goal is to equip women to go back into their neighborhoods, churches and work communities to bring hope and point other women toward the healing power of the cross. Our hope is for believing women to find freedom from shame and guilt, for unbelieving women to find freedom in the grace of Jesus and for everybody to experience living fully in the exorbitant freedom to Jesus Christ.

WHAT TO EXPECT :

#FreeToo will meet quarterly at various venues throughout north Texas on a set Thursday evening from 7-9. The first #FreeToo meeting will be October 24 at the Hope Center in Plano. Each aspect of the evening will be of excellence, done fully to glorify God in every way. We hope to provide teams of counselors at each event, as well as tools for women who need discipleship, mentorship or guidance to walk through their pain alongside them. We hope to provide a podcast that will go deeper with our speakers, answer questions and tell more stories of people within the community in an interview type format.

In order to provide a free event, we need to raise $6,000!
