Freedom education campaign

I had the privilege to visit the village of Kissii in Kenya and met some extraordinary young people. Upon arrival, they greeted us with such hospitality and gave when they didn’t have much to give. Many walked for miles to get to the school to prepare for our arrival. Our team had the opportunity to witness the struggles many of the students and teachers alike are having on a day to day basis. The reality is, many of these students want what everyone else does and that is a good education without barriers. The reality we saw was each student having minimal clothes, beds, books, food, and proper facilities to study in. Science rooms without equipment or running water. Out of this despair we saw hope in the students faces when we arrived so we are propelled to continue assisting. Funds from donations thus far has help to build a girls facility; however, we have many things still needed like books, running water, boys facility, beds, clothes, computers, bathrooms, equipment, and a little more help from everyone. We will return this year to complete the project but we need everyone’s help. A little adds up to a lot when many hands are helping. Anything you are able to donate is appreciated.
