Free of small cell carcinoma

I sobered up from alcohol 3/2009. Later that year I underwent a hysterectomy. In 2015 I had thyroid cancer and underwent 2 surgeries to eradicate that. Last year I had an extensive right hip repair. 3 weeks ago I went to the ER with severe chest pain and shortness of breath. Now after multiple poking and prodding, tests and more tests I'm getting ready to start chemotherapy. In 3 weeks the Dr's are hoping to add radiation. The small cell carcinoma is in my right chest/lung and very aggressive. The treatment will be aggressive and brutal. I'm not going to be able to work for awhile once the treatment really gets going. This terrifies me almost as much as the cancer. I need help! Thank you for anything at all.
