Fredis & Francisco's Harvey Relief

We are deeply saddened by the devastation that Hurricane Harvey has left in the Greater Houston area.
Two of our Maintenance Team Members, Fredis Benitez and Francisco Oregon, were affected greatly by the storm. Both of these team members have been working at our property since we opened in 2014.
Francisco sustained 5 foot deep flood waters in his home, rendering many of his belongings damaged and his home uninhabitable until repairs are made. Unfortunately, Francisco did not have flood insurance and regular home owners insurance will not cover all of the cost of the repairs needed.
Floodwaters overtook both of Fredis’ vehicles, making them inoperable. Fredis only had liability insurance making these vehicles a total loss.
We have had an outpouring of residents willing to donate to these valued Waterwall Place family members and we have started a GoFundMe account for them. The funds raised will go towards Francisco rebuilding and repairing his home, and also help in replacing items he lost in the flood. Fredis will also be able to use the fund to help purchase a new vehicle to help him with his transportation from his home in Humble to work here at the Galleria.
