Frankie to represent Wales!

Hey there, Frankie here!
My human (Emma) and I have been selected to represent Wales at the World Agility Championships in Ermelo, Holland from the 19th to the 22nd May 2022. https://worldagilityopen.com.

 

 

 

I dont want to brag, but I am rather good, and I love these competitions! Emma is okay, I have to urge her on throughout out competition runs or she lags behind, but bless her, she really tries.

Don't think of me as just a dog. I'm actually an elite-standard athlete and fierce competitor and I have to spend hours and hours on all the same highly intensive preparation, training, nutrition and conditioning like any other international athlete, getting up before dawn and travelling thousands of miles a year to train and compete. I've already reached the UK Agility Grand Finals twice and won scores of other competitions all around the UK. The European championships will be another step up though - I'll be competing against the very best canine athletes from all around the continent and I can't wait to get there. It will be live-streamed online and it's going to be very exciting to be part of and to watch. I'll post a link to the coverage when I get it so that you, link tens of thousands of other people can watch me.

 

I am fundraising to cover the costs of my trip from Wales to the Championships. I am taking my human with me too, so she can carry the bags, fill out the forms and prepare my snacks. All of our other costs have been covered by some awesome sponsors of the Welsh team:
